A reminder that the McMaster RDC will be holding its third 'Showcase' on Wednesday May 10th (10AM to 3PM) in the Community Room (main floor) of L.R. Wilson Hall.

The morning session will describe the RDC and its partnership with Data Services in the Mills Library. It will also consist of brief presentations on GIS applications, tips and strategies for the effective use of data (including data linkage and weighting), informing patient care in the pediatric setting, and the exciting potential of education data from the Toronto District School Board.

After a free catered lunch, the afternoon session will consist of 4-5 researcher presentations highlighting the type of work that is being conducted in the Centre. Watch for a formal call for researchers to present in the afternoon portion to come via email soon.
